Fusing contemporary style with traditional Vietnamese concepts, mixing elemental materials such as metal and wood, which makes the Paradise Elegance a stunning work of art, berthed magnificently in the middle of the world wonder Ha Long Bay.
Opened in March to redefine luxury cruising, the Paradise Elegance is an impressive escape to Halong Bay. A meticulously-designed steel boat that boasts grandeur architecture and classical interiors, inspiring travelers to explore the natural heritage and its mysteries beyond.
(*) Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA) is quite different from the normal “on Arrival” concept. If you wish to do the VOA service here, you need to employ an agent in Vietnam (like our hotel) to obtain an official of approval letter for VOA before you arrive. Later, at the airport this letter must be showed together with your valid passport to get the Visa stamped.
A sleek, modern vessel that fuses contemporary styling with Vietnamese design concepts, the Paradise Elegance is a meticulously designed steel boat that has reimagined luxury cruising on Halong Bay. Boasting a piano bar, day spa and wellness centre, butler service and the full range of dining options, the Elegance is a work of art, the experience exquisite, the journey flawless.

Our Paradise Cruise during our honeymoon was wonderful. In particular, Jade and Marion were very friendly and accommodating, responding to any questions we had about our room, meals and tours. They made our stay on the cruise all the more comfortable. Every excursion we did was enjoyable.
A wonderful experience on the Paradise Peak. Excellent accommodation and food. We booked a premium cabin which had its own private balcony, which was really good. Our butler Hayden was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our time on the boat and for the excursions. He remembered our food and drink choices and anticipated our needs before we asked.
Would highly recommend. If you can spare the time do the 3 days, 2 nights. We got to see so much more of the bay with fewer boats.
The back massages were excellent.
We went on the 3 day 2 nights Halong Bay cruise with Paradise Elegance and it was amazing experience
Met wonderful crew – Marion (manager), Chad,(asst mgr) July (singer) and Andith (butler)
What a great experience. Highly recommended!
Such an unforgettable memory in Elegance 1. When i started to prepare for going to Ha Long Bay by Elegance 1, i admit that i dont have too much praise because i have gone there before. Mr Adonis such a helpful people as always talk and share everything with me. When i have fever, he brought medicine and water for me even that time is midnight. I want to send my thanksgiving from my bottom of my heart to him. Hope him always have life full of joys, love and successes. I will miss him so much, exactly!!!
We took a 2-night Luxury cruise as part of a Virgin Holidays Tour. The whole experience was fantastic. The scenery is amazing making every moment worthwhile. The food was fantastic at every meal, with great quality and good portions. The activities were interesting especially the cave tour and the island tour where we were able to climb to the top of the hill to get some great views. These were typically quite short giving time to enjoy the boat. As expected the cabin was small leaving little room for suitcases, but was very comfortable with effective aircon and a good sized shower.
We took out the drinks package which I would only recommend if you enjoy wine with lunch and dinner, otherwise a pay-as-you-go approach might be better.
The staff were all very good, especially our waitress ‘Chloe’.
The only negative was that when it came time to checkout none of their card machines would work until we got to shore, resulting in a big queue of frustrated passengers.
